About the Role We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of cloud data security. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the robustness of Cyera’s platform, leading automation efforts, and driving product quality across development phases. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, validating specifications, enhancing automation coverage, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your work will directly contribute to delivering a secure and reliable product that our customers trust. What You’ll Do Maintain and manage cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure to support testing and quality assurance. Build, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks for the platform group, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Act as a quality champion within the team, fostering a strong automation culture and driving best practices. Collaborate with product managers and developers to validate specifications, align on quality expectations, and ensure smooth feature releases. Own product quality throughout the software development lifecycle, from customer feedback and design validation to implementation and deployment. Serve as the go-to expert on product quality, acting as the key link between customer success, product management, and engineering teams.

Requirements Who You Are Must-Haves 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer testing complex applications, with at least 2 years focused on UI automation. Hands-on experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium. Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Python for automation scripting. Experience with API automation testing to ensure seamless integrations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues. Proficiency in SQL and data validation for thorough backend testing. Solid experience in writing and executing detailed test plans and test cases. Highly organized, with a strong commitment to quality and on-time delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
