Test Automation Engineer Antwerp, Belgium 6 month contract Flexible rate

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer with 5–8 years of hands‑on automation expertise to join a leading insurance company. The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch (NL) and skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure high‑quality delivery. Execute functional, regression, and integration tests within agile teams. Analyse defects, identify root causes, and drive quality improvements. Ensure test coverage for insurance workflows and core business processes. Contribute to continuous improvement of automation strategy and tooling.

Required Skills 5–8 years of experience in test automation, primarily with Selenium WebDriver. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience testing enterprise applications, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector. Fluent in Dutch (NL) and comfortable working with Dutch-speaking stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
