Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and assess quality systems, process controls, and inspection methods to ensure product conformity
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing operations
• Analyze and respond to key quality metrics, trends, and performance indicators
• Develop, maintain, and verify process and product control methods, including equipment and process validations
• Manage the corrective action system, ensuring timely response, implementation, and effectiveness verification
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints and quality concerns
• Perform statistical analysis, capability studies, and data-driven improvement planning
• Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to validate inspection and measurement techniques
• Support and participate in internal audits, customer audits, and NADCAP audits, including corrective action development and follow-up
• Interpret and apply industry specifications, customer requirements, and NADCAP standards to achieve and sustain certification
• Support new product introductions using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools
• Lead and support FMEA and Control Plan development to reduce process risk
• Coordinate with customer quality representatives and source inspectors as required
• Deliver training on quality concepts, tools, and methodologies to cross-functional teams

• Contribute to Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
