Full Description

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for leading and executing the testing processes to ensure that software products meet the organization's quality standards. In this role, they manage complex testing projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with development teams to detect and resolve defects. They also play a key role in establishing testing strategies and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience Using Katalon for automation Extensive QA Experience Broad experience in Quality Assurance, including test planning, test execution, documentation of results, and defect analysis to ensure overall product quality and reliability. Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Able to quickly identify root causes, analyze error patterns, and provide effective recommendations to improve system stability and performance. Test Automation Proficiency (Nice to Have) Familiar with fundamental automation testing concepts and tools. Capable of contributing to efficiency improvements by automating selected test scenarios. Collaboration & Communication Experienced in working with cross-functional teams such as developers, product owners, and project managers. Strong communication skills to clearly articulate test findings, risks, and recommendations. API Testing Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman or similar platforms, including response validation, status code checking, error handling, and verifying integrations between services. Understanding of SDLC & Agile Methodologies Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support iterative development.
