Provide verification leadership for Imagination GPU projects and influence verification methodologies and delivery of the GPU roadmap.
Define, execute and improve end-to-end verification processes; deliver on-time GPU product requirements.
Lead cross-organizational teams, mentor talent, support roadmap features, and interact with architecture/design to align verification with product goals.
Proven major technical lead roles in IP/SoC development from concept to release.
Deep knowledge of IP development flows (design, verification, customer deliverables).
Experience leading global engineering teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving technical conversations with external partners.
Expert in defining verification strategy and building complex GPU testbenches.
Experience with various project management methodologies.

The role
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in verification and technical leadership roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing verification leadership to Imagination GPU projects, influencing the Imagination GPU verification methodologies, plan and the delivery of our GPU roadmap.
Be a key member of the Project Leadership team ensuring the successful planning, execution and delivery of Imagination GPU IPs Be accountable for the on-target delivery of Imagination’s GPU product requirements. The role can be either leading a GPU project or GPU subsystem depending on experience. Define and enhance methodologies for highly complex GPU’s improving the overall quality, efficiency and velocity of the pre-silicon validation team. Interact closely with the architecture and design teams, influencing product definition, implementation and verification taking into consideration the commercial opportunities and engineering constraints. Responsible for execution of test plans, test sequences and directed tests. Specific focus on end-to-end verification models, processes, techniques and workflows and familiarity with various verification techniques. Strong experience developing sophisticated verification environments based on SystemVerilog, UVM, and/or SystemC. Proven skills to lead cross-organizational teams where participants are not direct reports, motivating technical contributors and driving innovation. Foster innovation and promote and drive advanced engineering practises within the project team Support activities around future roadmap features and performance requirements Assist with mentorship, recruitment of engineering talent and people management.

Have expert knowledge in defining verification strategy and implementing complex testbenches for GPU micro-architectures Have experience in various project management methodologies
