Conduct security assessments by simulating cyberattacks (black/white/gray-box) to identify vulnerabilities
Create detailed findings reports with risk levels and remediation strategies; present to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Advise on patches, configuration changes, and architectural adjustments; collaborate with IT/development to implement fixes; develop automation to streamline testing; provide security awareness training
Must-have skills
7+ years in penetration testing or equivalent
Proficiency with Python, Bash, or PowerShell; solid secure coding concepts
Strong knowledge of vulnerabilities (e.g., SQLi, XSS, CSRF) and attack vectors
Thorough understanding of network protocols and architectures
Experience with Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Nessus
Cloud security and containerization experience (AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to work independently and in teams; integrity and ethical conduct
English fluency; willingness to work in Dutch-speaking teams
