Stack/tools: Worksoft Certify for Web/SAP/Salesforce/custom apps; automate MS Office and PDFs; API automation with Certify + SoapUI/Postman; XF Definitions; integration with other tools; Solution Manager (SolMan) and Worksoft CTM
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test plans, scripts, and regression/rollout tests; prepare test reports
Manage defect lifecycle and track/test execution progress; maintain and update automation scripts
Integrate automation with other tools and applications; oversee test execution across projects (regression, sprints)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
3+ years automated testing experience with test frameworks
Experience automating Web, SAP (ERP/NetWeaver/CRM/S/4HANA), Salesforce, and custom apps
Proficiency with MS Office/PDF automation; strong English and Vietnamese communication
Experience specifically with Worksoft Certify (bonus)
Additional automation exposure or familiarity with API testing/tools

ABOUT THE JOB
Develop and maintain test automation plans and scripts using Worksoft Certify for Web, SAP (ERP, NetWeaver, CRM, S/4HANA, etc.), Salesforce, and custom applications Automate MS Office applications and PDF processes Automate APIs using Certify integrated with Soap UI and/or Postman Create and manage XF Definitions for automation Integrate automation with other tools and applications Execute test cases (regression, rollout, sprints) and prepare test reports Maintain and update automation scripts as required Manage the defect life cycle and prepare test reports Utilize Solution Manager (SolMan) and Worksoft CTM in automation projects.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related technical field 3+ years of experience in automated testing and test frameworks Experience in automating Web and SAP (ERP, NetWeaver, CRM, S/4HANA, etc.), Salesforce, and custom applications Experience in test automation using Worksoft Certify is a plus Experience in automating MS Office applications and PDF Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
