Your area of work

• As a Swaps Clearing Software Tester you will be mainly responsible for testing of the Eurex Clearing applications for Swaps derivatives and their components. In a challenging environment you will work closely with the business functionality and application development, understanding both market requirements and technical implications associated with planned system extensions.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, preparation and execution of manual tests for the Swaps Clearing application.
• Design and implementation of automated tests for the Swaps Clearing application.
• Executing the test automation suites.
• Development of test scenarios and creation of test data.
• Support and maintenance of the test infrastructure for the Swaps Clearing application.
• Collaboration in a multi-cultural international team.

Your Profile

• Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, flexible and good at handling MS Office applications.
• University degree or higher technical degree in an IT related discipline.
• Technical skills in the following domains.
• Knowledge about J2EE applications on Spring boot.
• Knowledge of Calypso architecture and Calypso Automation Test Tool (CATT) will be an asset.
• Experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• SQL-Database expertise in Oracle.
• Knowledge about CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Background of building test automation for J2EE applications.
• Additional skills in one or more of the following areas will be of advantage.
• Knowledge about XML and FPML 5.x.
• Functional knowledge about Interest Rate Swaps, FRA, Central Counterparty.
• Shell scripting.
• ISTQB certification (at least Foundation Level) would be an asset.

NCFM (Certification program by the National Stock Exchange of India): Financial Markets foundation level would be an asset. Inter-personal skills are essential. Good communication and analytical skills. Highly self-motivated, self-directed and attentive to details. Ability to work in a multi-cultural international team. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
