To ensure that the quality of the bug fixes/enhancements/projects is good To ensure that the program released to the customer is either bug-free, or known bugs are proper

Key Tasks
Test Bug fixes/Enhancements/Projects and log results Daily build Testing Release Testing Follow procedures laid down for Testing Review bugs at status 37 Performance standards Bugs detected at the earliest stage, ie MT. No non-compliances in any of the procedures. Bugs at status 37 systematically reduced as targeted.
Tools and training
