The Stefanini Offensive Security Team is looking for a skilled ethical hacker to join our ranks. For years, we've been the first line of defense for our clients, protecting their critical data by thinking like an attacker. We thrive on uncovering vulnerabilities in complex IT environments and providing our clients with the clarity they need to stay secure.

What You'll Do

Hunt for vulnerabilities across diverse network systems and applications. Simulate real-world attacks to test client defenses. Work alongside a team of passionate security experts to solve complex challenges. Translate your findings into clear, impactful reports that drive change. You will be working with clients from various industries.

A proactive mindset and the drive to stay on top of the latest security trends. A collaborative spirit and a commitment to shared success. Experience working with a diverse client base both in Romania and internationally.

Key Requirements

Excellent technical understanding of various web & mobile applications, frameworks, database technologies, server technology, services, and network infrastructure, according to the scoping requirements. Solid experience with operating systems administration and security (Windows, Linux). Real cybersecurity experience in penetration testing of mobile and web applications, IT and network infrastructure, by safely utilizing the cyber attacker tools, tactics, and procedures. Good understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts. Experience with scripting for automation and exploit. Constant awareness of new security issues.

Relevant Certifications: OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, CEH, or similar represent an advantage. Experience in performing network, web, API, mobile penetration tests. Fluency in English.

5+ years of relevant experience. Analytical, motivated, attention to details. Capable of solving complex issues. Self-driven, interested in reading technology articles and sharing his/her knowledge. Able to find the root cause of cybersecurity issues, exploiting and documenting it. Good time management skills.
