Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing automated systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation engineering, with expertise in AI and IT infrastructure automation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automated systems to improve processes, save costs, and achieve better outcomes for our business and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of automated systems.
Utilize AI technologies to enhance automation processes and optimize performance.
Create comprehensive software test plans and test cases to validate the functionality of our systems.
Develop dashboards and generate code based on test cases to monitor and Analyse automation performance.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in automation engineering, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

*Hybrid work model: Requires working from the office twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays).

Requirements

At least 2 years of Proficiency in C# programming language- Must
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field- Must
At least 6 years of Proven experience in automation engineering, with a strong understanding of digital systems- Must
Experience with AI technologies and machine learning algorithms- Advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues- Must
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment- Must
