Role: Network Automation Engineer (Mid level)
Languages/IAAC: Python, Ansible, Terraform
Networking: BGP, OSPF, STP, VLANs, MPLS, Cloud Network
Automation/CI: Git, CI/CD pipelines; automated config deployments
Observability/Docs: Grafana, Prometheus, SolarWinds, NetBox; runbooks
Platforms: Linux; Docker/Kubernetes (nice to have); Netmiko (nice to have)
Build and maintain network automation using Python, Ansible, and APIs; deploy automated configs
Perform L2 troubleshooting across routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and wireless
Enhance observability and documentation; develop runbooks; modernize ops with IaC
1–2 years in network engineering or network automation
Strong Python experience (modules, REST APIs, error handling)
Hands-on Ansible experience
Solid understanding of core protocols: BGP, OSPF, STP, VLANs, MPLS
Linux proficiency and Git workflow experience
Ability to troubleshoot independently; good fundamentals in VLANs, routing basics, DHCP, DNS

The Opportunity
Network Automation Engineer
Bangalore, KA
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain automation using Python, Ansible, and APIs.
Handle L2-level troubleshooting across routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and wireless. Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated configuration deployments. Use Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) to modernize network ops. Improve observability with Grafana, Prometheus, SolarWinds, NetBox, and automated reporting. Document clean, practical runbooks and drive better engineering practices. 1 to 2 years in network engineering or network automation. Strong in Python (modules, REST APIs, error handling). Solid hands-on experience with Ansible.
