To support our growing business we are looking for a M365 DevOps Engineer who will be part of DWS Engineering team and responsible to Implement our automation strategy. How are you creating an impact? You are working with the Architect of Digital Workspace, the position will collaborate with functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective solutions. What you will be doing? Plan, design, and execute custom SharePoint and Microsoft Teams solutions. Develop third-party integrations using add-ins, APIs, and webhooks, and create custom SPFx plugins. Customize SharePoint Online experiences, where you will manage site collections, permissions, and workflows. Use tools like Quest and AvePoint for SharePoint administration, governance, and compliance. Identify workflow challenges and automation opportunities across IT, HR, and business functions you’ll play a key role in shaping these solutions. Design and implement automation strategies that align with business goals and IT infrastructure. Build automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Power Automate, and RPA platforms you will ensure these automations are scalable and reliable. Create and manage automation workflows (bots) that integrate with enterprise applications such as Fieldglass, Okta, Workday, and ServiceNow.

We are looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a M365 DevOps Engineer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • 5+ years of SharePoint development, including SPFx using React, TypeScript, and Node.js
