We are seeking an experienced QA Lead in our quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The QA Lead will define testing strategies, coordinate QA activities, mentor team members, and work closely with development, product, and business teams. A strong focus on API testing is required to ensure integration and system functionality.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 to 15 years in QA, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Managerial role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps). Hands-on experience with manual, automated, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, JIRA, TestRail). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in defining QA processes and best practices.
Experience with performance testing, security testing, and mobile testing. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. Familiarity with cloud-based applications. Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
