About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary professional to lead the development and implementation of quality assurance frameworks for vocational education and training providers. The role will play a critical part in ensuring vocational education aligns with international best practices, workforce needs, and emerging trends in skills development, micro-credentials, and competency-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of quality assurance frameworks for vocational education and training providers.
Provide expert guidance on policy development related to skills, micro-credentials, and competency-based learning.
Ensure vocational education quality aligns with workforce and employability requirements.
Benchmark quality standards against global frameworks to foster innovation and relevance.
Lead sector-wide capacity building through training, mentoring, and technical workshops.
Engage with national and international stakeholders and quality assurance networks.
Conduct and lead institutional and programme-level reviews, maintaining consistent QA standards.

Person Specification

Master’s degree in education, vocational education, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in vocational education, training, or quality assurance.
Strong expertise in quality assurance, accreditation, and competency-based education.
Proven experience in policy development, benchmarking, and report writing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
