About the Role We are seeking an AI Engineer focusing on automation responsible for building and optimizing AI-powered applications and agents that automate workflows across Signant Health. This role focuses on developing reliable automation solutions using n8n workflows, AI agents, and custom integrations to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. The AI Engineer will work with Python, LLM APIs, and workflow automation platforms to create intelligent automation that integrates with existing systems and tools. Working as part of the AI team, this individual will implement prompt engineering and context engineering techniques to optimize agent performance, develop evaluation methods to measure automation accuracy, and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation capabilities. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in workflow automation development, a strong Python foundation, and enthusiasm for building AI-powered solutions that deliver tangible business value.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience Strong candidates without formal degrees will be considered based on demonstrated expertise through portfolio, open-source contributions, or professional track record AWS Solutions Architect or Developer certification preferred AWS AI/ML certifications are a plus Experience
