Job Summary We are actively seeking a talented Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading testing activities on MEGA-scale projects, with strong hands-on and leadership experience in Automation Testing and Performance Testing across complex systems.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end testing activities for large-scale (MEGA) projects. Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance frameworks. Lead automation testing initiatives including framework design, execution, and maintenance. Oversee performance testing activities (load, stress, endurance) to ensure system scalability and stability. Manage and mentor test teams across all testing phases. Coordinate with development, DevOps, and project management teams to ensure quality delivery. Track defects, testing metrics, risks, and mitigation plans. Ensure adherence to testing standards, best practices, and delivery timelines. Provide regular quality status reports to senior stakeholders.

Requirements Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role. Strong experience handling MEGA / large-scale projects. Hands-on experience in Automation Testing and Performance Testing. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes. Experience in test planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

Performance tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar. CI/CD integration and test execution pipelines. Defect management and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
