We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with solid experience in manual testing and exposure to automation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive manual testing across web and mobile applications. Understand and validate functional, integration, regression, and system testing requirements. Develop, maintain, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts. Utilize strong SQL skills to validate data and perform backend testing. Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure quality deliverables. Support automation tasks using Selenium or basic Core Java when required. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Identify, document, and track defects using relevant tools. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Manual Testing. Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and backend testing. Basic knowledge of Selenium, functional automation tools, or Core Java programming. Excellent communication skills Hands-on experience working in Agile methodology. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
