Proven 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Test Automation for Web & Mobile Applications Strong expertise in test automation using Selenium, WDIO (WebdriverIO), Playwright, and Appium, with solid programming skills in Java/JavaScript. Experience building and maintaining automated frameworks for web and mobile applications. Proficient in BDD test runners such as Cucumber, with strong Agile/Scrum collaboration, early test scenario identification, CI/CD integration, and excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product team and other QA Engineers to develop effective strategies, test plans and use cases. Execute test cases and analyze results. Evaluate product code according to specifications Create logs to document testing phases and defects Report defect to development teams Help troubleshoot issues and document ever-evolving workflows and issue resolutions. Conduct post-release or post-implementation testing Comfortably run and read automated test scripts, own prioritization of use cases to be scripted, contribute to code reviews, write medium-high complexity test scripts independently Serve as a point person for providing testing estimates and communicating test plan, report metrics and conduct reviews/audits to ensure that all project work and deliverables consistently meet Product Quality standards Support and mentor other Software Test Engineers Map business and technical requirements into test cases and/or test scripts Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices Data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities Reporting team/project metrics
