Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to help drive software quality across our engineering organization. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and promote software engineering best practices while working closely with development teams and leadership to ensure high-quality, innovative software products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and promote software engineering best practices and process guidelines to maximize overall software development quality. Provide guidance and support to development teams on software quality best practices, ensuring that all software artifacts meet or exceed customer and business requirements. Collaborate closely with Software Development Managers to plan and execute initiatives that foster continuous improvement and growth in software quality and engineering expertise. Lead and support initiatives focused on software product and process innovation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Act as a quality advocate throughout the software development lifecycle, encouraging consistent adoption of standards, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Experience in software quality assurance, testing, or software engineering roles. Strong understanding of software development processes, quality standards, and best practices. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with development teams and engineering leadership. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and influence quality-focused decision-making.
