Role & seniority: Mobile Test Automation Engineer (mid-level; ~2+ years in mobile test automation)
Stack/tools: Android/iOS testing; Cucumber; Appium; Java; Behavior Driven Development (BDD); manual testing; Jira and Confluence (X-Ray or equivalent); test data management; basics of databases/APIs; Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Design test cases from functional and non-functional requirements
Create and maintain automated tests for Android and iOS apps; execute manual tests including regression
Log, track, and follow up defects; report test execution progress; collaborate on test case definition and promote testing best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar (preferred)
2+ years mobile test automation experience (Android/iOS)
Proficiency with Cucumber, Appium, Java; strong test design and execution skills
Experience with BDD; ability to translate requirements into test cases
Jira/Confluence experience; strong communication with technical/business stakeholders
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
