🤝 Your responsibilities include

• ⋆ Contribute to overall product quality
• ⋆ Identify, analyze, report, and track defects
• ⋆ Build and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
• ⋆ Enable teams to create and run reliable front-end and back-end tests
• ⋆ Define testing strategies and ensure high-quality test data and coverage
• ⋆ Integrate quality practices throughout the development lifecycle
• ⋆ Ensure continuous and optimal software performance
• ⋆ Guide teams toward better quality practices based on their context
• ⋆ Set up and maintain automated testing tools
• ⋆ Manage test data sets
• ⋆ Raise awareness about the importance of a strong quality strategy
• Profile Required

💪 To succeed in this role

• ⋆ You have 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer
• ⋆ Strong hands-on experience in automation (E2E, integration, unit testing)
• ⋆ Experience with modern automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright
• ⋆ Ability to define and implement testing strategies across teams or projects
• ⋆ Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading QA initiatives
• ⋆ Strong passion for building a quality-driven culture
• ⋆ Fluent in English
• ⋆ Experience in mobile testing is a plus
• ⋆ ISTQB Test Automation certification is a plus
