Role & seniority: Test/Repair Operator (operational, entry-level role; local candidates only)
Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA)
Test equipment (multimeter; basic test instruments)
Testers, interface cables, device interface boards
Soldering (basic)
Quality assurance processes and collaboration with Engineers
Perform incoming/outgoing visual inspection of PCBA; assemble/disassemble PCBA as needed
Run required test processes (install PCBA into testers, connect cables, load test programs) and perform repairs on low-complex PCBA failures
Prepare PCBAs for final quality assurance and shipping; collaborate with Engineers for process/quality improvements
Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics degree
Detail-oriented with good communication
Computer literate; knowledge of basic electronics
Proficiency with basic test equipment (multimeter)
Basic soldering skills
Prior PCB/PCBA testing or repair experience
Additional soldering proficiency or familiarity with more advanced test equipment
Experience supporting process or quality improvement initiatives

Perform incoming and outgoing visual inspection of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) Perform assembly and disassembly of PCBAs Run required test processes, including activities such as (but not limited to) installing PCBA into testers, attaching/disconnecting interface and power supply cables, installing device interface boards, and running the appropriate test programs Perform repair on low-complex PCBA failures Perform final preparation of PCBAs and shipping to final quality assurance (FQA) team Collaborate with Engineers for process and quality improvements
