The Quality Assurance (“QA”) Program Manager is responsible for maintaining and enforcing quality assurance standards for Information & Technology (I&T) services and projects across the organization. This role ensures that QA objectives and processes align with business cases, project objectives, and system requirements throughout software development, deployment, and maintenance. This includes technologies such as commercial and custom software, integration software, and operating systems.
