Job Title Product Delivery Sr Professional - UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Product Delivery Senior Professional — Issuing Payments (UAT — User Acceptance Testing) The Product Delivery Senior Professional — UAT participates in the design and execution of UAT and automation for key products such as debit, credit and prepaid cards for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and private-label brands, ensuring correct validation of functionality, transaction flows and business rules. This position follows a 4x1 schedule (4 days on-site) at our Retiro offices. Responsibilities Prepare and execute UAT and regression test cases. Develop automated test scripts following internal standards. Create and maintain test data for Issuing products (debit, credit, prepaid cards). Log defects, reproduce incidents and document results. Participate in technical and functional design sessions. Work with AI tools to support test generation or analysis. Coordinate delivery of features with cross-functional teams. Requirements 2–3 years in Payments or relevant QA/UAT experience. Proven experience with payment platforms; experience with platforms such as First, Vision, VisionPLUS and SilverCore is desirable but not required. Knowledge of Issuing and transactional processes for debit, credit and prepaid card products (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and private-label brands). Foundation in automation or willingness to specialize quickly. Experience with test management tools. Knowledge of SQL and APIs. Advanced English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
