About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable RMA Test Technician to support our Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. This role primarily involves executing predefined test scripts on returned units to verify functionality and identify potential issues. The technician will work closely with the Customer Quality and Engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate testing of RMA units. Base salary range is $45,750 - $62,400 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Familiarity with using computers and basic software tools for documentation. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small components. Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, engineering technology, or related field. Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems. Experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.). Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or testing environments. Knowledge of documentation and tracking systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
