We are looking for an experienced Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in JavaScript and Cypress, passionate about delivering high-quality software, and fluent in English to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript). Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases. Define, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data. Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. Perform API testing and validation using modern testing frameworks or tools. Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution. Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability and quality improvements. Contribute to the continuous integration and delivery pipeline, integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows. Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on test automation. Strong experience with Cypress and JavaScript/TypeScript. Proven experience writing, maintaining, and optimizing automated tests for web applications. Solid understanding of API testing, RESTful services, and test frameworks (e.g., Postman, Newman, or similar). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases. Excellent communication skills in English (Advanced level required). Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Nice to Have
Experience with performance testing tools. Knowledge of Playwright or Selenium. Background in Reinsurance or Fintech.
