Top 3 responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance analysis; develop evaluation plans, analysis plans, data requirements, risk assessments, and evaluation reports

  • Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation for Test & Engineering (T&E); execute evaluation plans on data collected by Testing Tasks

  • Provide input to Government T&E products (e.g., TRAs, T&E Strategy/Master Plan, T&E Plans & Procedures, Test Readiness Reports)

Must-have skills

  • US citizenship; TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph

  • Minimum high school diploma; 6–15 years of directly related Test Engineering experience (level-dependent)

  • Experience with automation testing; planning/executing performance analysis; strong familiarity with Linux environments; SDLC discipline

Nice-to-haves

  • IAT Level II certification

  • Experience testing Java or GoLang applications; testing across Linux/Unix/Windows/Cisco OS

  • Knowledge of PKE, RESTful services/containers, Java/J2EE, Perl, SSL, LDAP, Linux distros, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse)

  • Experience with Selenium; knowledge of ActiveMQ/Artemis/Kafka

This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to Test Engineering

  • Level 04 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience
  • Level 03 requires a minimum twelve (12) years of experience
  • Level 02 requires a minimum nine (09) years of experience
  • Level 01 requires a minimum six (06) years of experience
  • Minimum of High School Diploma
  • Experience with Automation Testing is a plus
  • Planning and Execution of Performance Analysis
  • Specifying, validating, and adapting Modeling and Simulation for Test and Engineering (T&E) use
  • Execute the evaluation plan on data collected by the Testing Tasks
  • Produce Evaluation Plans (metric framework, scenarios/threads, timelines, requirements/T&E cross-walk), Analysis Plans, Data Requirements, Risk Assessments, Evaluation Reports, Status reports; provide input to Government T&E products (e.g., Technology Readiness Assessments, Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, T&E Plans & Procedures and Test Readiness Reports)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

IAT Level II certification Experience testing products written in Java or GoLang Experience testing in Linux, Unix, Windows, or Cisco OS operating system

Experience in one (1) or more of the following ten (10): Public Key Enabling (PKE); RESTful services and containers (Oracle WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat), Java programming language, Perl programing language , Java EE, Secure web (SSL) and file encryption, LDAP (RedHat directory) Java, Linux (CentOS), Modern IDEs (IntelliJ, Eclipse, etc.), Agile Scrum process Use of automated testing tools like Selenium a plus Knowledge of ActiveMQ, Artemis, Kafka a plus
