Scope: We are building a highly resilient, scalable, and world-class SaaS-based Transportation Management System (TMS) using modern technologies. To achieve this, We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen our QA capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who believes in building quality early and driving automation-first testing practices. What You'll do: Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex enterprise applications. Develop and maintain automation test suites using Robot Framework (mandatory). Perform API testing (functional and integration level) using appropriate tools and frameworks. Contribute to regression, integration, and end-to-end automation coverage. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to identify, track, and resolve defects. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint-level quality activities. Analyze test results, identify risks, and provide clear quality insights to stakeholders. Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks. What We are Looking for: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline. 4–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong hands-on ownership. Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test automation (mandatory). Experience with FitNesse or Playwright Solid understanding of API testing concepts and validation techniques. Exposure to at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Java, or similar). Strong knowledge of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices. Working experience with SQL for backend data validation. Experience working in Agile development environments Good to have skills: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Exposure to Supply Chain / Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or related domains.
