Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Weekend Shift Production Test Technician based out of Salt Lake City, UT. This is a 4th shift position (12 hour shifts Friday, Saturday & Sunday). What you will get to do: Perform test and evaluation of inertial instruments. Troubleshoot and repair instruments as required. Support production movement as needed to support daily requirements. Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures Basic Qualifications for the Production Test Technician: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience reading and understanding Assembly Instructions and Test Procedures. Experience in using Digital Multimeter’s and other lab test equipment. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
