What success looks like in this role: β’ Performs Software QA Engineering for an assigned set of applications or system elements. β’ Works with team members to review client requirements, design and associated functional specifications. β’ Creates and develops test plans and cases based on functional and design specifications. β’ Contributes to development of computer programs or scripts to automate functional tests. β’ Executes test cases and analyzes / reports test results to relevant stakeholders and teams. β’ Investigates, triages and troubleshoots issues, communicating insights and recommendations to peers, developers and leadership. β’ Prepares testing and reporting documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. β’ Supports quality improvement initiatives for future applications or projects. β’ Assesses the required effort and timeline for own test activities as an input for the overall test plan. β’ Trains / mentors junior testers on the team. #LI-MI1 You will be successful in this role if you have: Required Skills: 3 to 5 Years of experience in Testing Pega Case Lifecycle Testing Functional & Regression Testing Defect Tracking Tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps) Excellent knowledge in Manual testing.
