Full Description

Responsible for testing financial business systems, primarily covering trading, matching, risk control, assets, accounts, and other related areas. This includes testing for Web, Client, Server, and end-to-end processes Participate in requirement document reviews, assess the rationality of requirements, and provide suggestions and feedback Design high-quality test cases using professional methodologies based on product requirements to ensure comprehensive and precise coverage Lead the development of test strategies for high-availability, low-latency, and high-concurrency core trading systems, encompassing functional, performance, edge case, and stability testing Dive deep into the system infrastructure, collaborating with developers on performance tuning, bottleneck analysis, and post-incident reviews of online failures Utilize testing tools, auxiliary scripts, and automation methods to complete project testing efficiently and ensure product quality Focus on efficiency tools and automation to continuously improve testing productivity

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of relevant testing experience in securities, futures, foreign exchange, or digital currency exchanges is highly preferred Proficient in industry-standard test case design methodologies, capable of writing precise and effective test cases. Possess extremely rigorous logical thinking and high sensitivity to data and latency Familiar with common industry solutions for UI automation, API automation, performance, and compatibility testing, and able to apply them quickly to improve quality and efficiency Solid understanding of computer fundamentals, such as network protocols, data structures, and databases Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python or Go, with the ability to build complex test frameworks and tools Strong sense of responsibility, clear logic, proactive mindset, excellent rapid learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
