Responsibilities
Collaborate with QA Architect to understand QA strategy and implement testing frameworks and automated tests Develop and maintain high-quality automation code for various types of testing (performance, security, integration, regression) Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to validate the functional integrity and performance of software products Contribute to continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines, ensuring that automated tests are seamlessly integrated Work alongside the development teams to build testable and high-quality code, participating in code reviews and design sessions Diagnose issues and bugs, providing detailed input to development teams to ensure timely resolutions Advocate for testability during the software design and implementation phases, driving best practices in SDET and QA methodologies Utilize cloud platforms for testing and leverage cloud-specific tools to enhance testing processes Participate in the creation and maintenance of test data and environments Provide input for system performance, scalability, and reliability from a testing perspective Stay updated with the latest trends in software testing and engineering and share insights with the team for continuous improvement
Requirements
2+ years of experience in quality assurance with a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Demonstrated experience testing large-scale software systems Expertise in automated testing tools and scripting languages Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools suitable for cloud applications Knowledge of cloud security best practices and familiarity with compliance frameworks Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate quality strategies to team members Experience in performance and/or security testing is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
