Syone is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a challenging technology team focused on quality, test automation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with experience in Selenium and Java, or Cypress, or Playwright, and with knowledge of French.

What you will do

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools; execute functional, regression, and performance tests; analyze results and manage defects in collaboration with development teams. Contribute to test strategy and planning, identify and prioritize test cases for automation, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Work closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams, participate in agile ceremonies, communicate testing status and risks to stakeholders, and continuously improve testing processes and software quality by adopting industry best practices.

What you need to bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years focused on test automation Experience with Java (object-oriented programming)

Strong experience with automation tools

UI: Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

API: Postman, Rest-Assured Experience with BDD and tools such as Cucumber Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) English level B2

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Docker and cloud environments
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, ASTQB)
• Bash scripting
• AI-driven testing / Agentic AI experience
• French level B1
