You will pioneer tomorrow’s product performance testing solutions and will be the stakeholderfor the performance testing standards and norms. You keep up-to-date about biomechanical / orthopedic needs and biomechanical /mechanical testing methods. You further manage as well as update the testing lab and thetesting manuals In our day-to-day operations you take charge of seasonal and non-seasonal productperformance testing requests and work closely with the product developers to make sure thatthe testing results are accurately translated into product improvements. Your project management skills are holistic and hands-on, you manage your projectsindependently, keep an eye on the resources and activate them as needed
