Are you a skilled Automation Engineer ready to take your career to the next level? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our client's industry-leading team in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to work on innovative projects while supporting plant operations and driving success for a thriving organization. Located in the Ocala, Florida area, this role offers a dynamic environment and professional growth opportunities.
Programming, developing, commissioning, and troubleshooting automation and electrical control systems (including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS). Providing technical support for plant operations and spearheading new projects. Design wiring diagrams, electrical connections, circuit boards, layouts of control systems, electrical schematics, and single line diagrams.
Automation Expertise: Proven ability to design, implement and manage automation systems like PLCs (Allen Bradley and Siemens), HMIs, SCADA, and DCS.
Programming Skills: Skilled in developing, coding, and ensuring smooth functionality of control systems.
Troubleshooting: A solution-oriented mindset to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
Education: Bachelors degree. If you are passionate about automation, have a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and are open to travel, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.
