Windows Infrastructure Automation Engineer – Quant Trading

Quant Capital is urgently seeking a Windows Infrastructure Automation Engineer / PowerShell Engineer to join a high‑profile quantitative trading client in London.

This is a technology‑driven environment comparable to leading tech firms or elite startups, where engineering excellence is prioritised and significant investment is made in infrastructure and innovation. The firm operates a mixed Windows and Linux infrastructure across physical and virtual environments. This role is ideal for a highly capable Windows engineer with a strong automation mindset and deep PowerShell expertise, motivated by solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

You will contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of infrastructure systems, with a focus on

  • Windows platform engineering and automation
  • Operating systems and endpoint management
  • Authentication and identity systems
  • Virtualisation and core infrastructure services
  • Network and messaging services across Windows and Linux environments
