Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Austin, TX

Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

• About This Role
• As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Togetherwork, you are responsible for ensuring our SaaS applications are reliable, scalable, and production-ready. This role combines disciplined manual testing with a strong focus on automation and process improvement.
• You partner closely with Engineering and Product to identify risk early, prevent defects, and continuously improve release quality. QA is embedded in the delivery lifecycle, not positioned as a downstream checkpoint.
• What You’ll Do
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable deployments
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing across web-based SaaS applications
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while partnering closely with Developers on root cause analysis
• Validate application performance and ensure releases meet quality, scalability, and reliability standards
• Track QA metrics and identify opportunities to improve test coverage, efficiency, and defect prevention
• Contribute to QA documentation, standards, and continuous process improvements
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and release readiness reviews

• What You’ll Bring
• 3–5 years of QA experience in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
