Beauty Systems Group, branded as Cosmo Prof or Armstrong McCall stores, along with its direct sales consultants, sell professionally branded products intended for use and resale by salons to retail consumers. About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT-Quality Assurance Intern to join our IT-QA team. This position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced IT professionals while gaining hands-on experience with QA testing practices. The intern will actively support process improvements, enhance documentation practices, and assist with DevOps and Azure-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology and quality, a strong analytical mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop key skills in software testing and contribute to the overall success of the QA team.

• This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week at the Support Center in Legacy West, Plano, TX.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Housing, relocation, and transportation assistance are not provided.
• Availability is required from June 1 through August 7, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
• Responsibilities
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong academic record and a passion for technology and data analytics.
• Basic understanding of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge, skills & abilities requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Prior work experience, coursework or internship experience in data analytics, machine learning, or business intelligence is preferred. Experience working with large datasets in a retail, e-commerce, or supply chain environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
