This position has the responsibility to provide day to day support for NAM Strategic Projects specially for Change of Supplier leading PPEP Process (Part/Product Evaluation Plan) working with cross functional teams including supplier, project team and Schneider Electric plants. All candidates must be highly driven individuals capable of working independently and must have a passion to drive world class quality within the supply base, always putting customer first. Essential Responsibilities Represent the customer in Supplier Quality management processes Understand and drive Critical to Quality activities within projects Cross functional leader for PPEP and Validation Plan with suppliers and project team Quality Control validation for suppliers Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis validation with supplier Capability study analysis within supplier for Critical to Quality First Article Inspection Report lead Supplier Quality Audits/Process audits Support Strategic Projects by leading the Qualification process. Ensure successful Transfer Strategic Projects to Schneider Electric plants

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in, IE, ME, EE, Supply Chain or Logistics, Business Operations
• 5+ Years work experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Design Engineering, or supply chain
• Lean Six Sigma GB Certified minimum
• Quality tools certification
• Quality Authority to represent the customer in supplier and part qualification.
• Cross functional Leadership skills
• Project Management knowledge
• Strong Communication Skills
• Problem solver (8D) and work in a team environment.
• Control Quality Plans, PFMEA, Measurement system analysis, Process Capability.
• Statistical Analysis expertise
• Position requires 30%25 travel
