Job Description – Tester/Scrum Master Responsibilities Test and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements Prove for scalability and performance of a software Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole Work with firmware developers and validation engineers Develop and automate tests for software validation Detect bug issues Prepare file defect reports and report test progress Play a role of Scrum Master. Skills and Qualifications 4+ years of experience in performing System Verification & Validation activities Bachelor of Engineering in E&E, E&C, CS, EEE, IT, or related field
Domain: Electrical (preferably Schneider similar experience) Knowledge of LV and MV devices Knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus, TCP/IP, Zigbee, etc.… experience in Automation testing tools. Experience in Software development life cycle from scratch Review business/software requirements and provide inputs. Experience in troubleshooting or debugging the applications Experience in testing of software that deals with devices Hands-on Verification & Validation Plan preparation Test Cases Design, Execution, Test results, analyze test results, track software testing metrics and Reporting using the dashboard Experience in designing and preparing test bench setup Worked with Agile Scrum teams and experience on the usage of Jira Software/ Zephyr/Xray any test management tools Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language Good communication skills, ownership, dependable, works with limited directions Creative problem solver with the ability to think abstractly; strong analytic skills. Experience developing and implementing a formal, structured approach for the testing and implementation of system changes utilizing tools such as, but not limited to Selenium, Jasmine, Mocha, Karma, Cucumber, Gauge, PostMan. Strong understanding of the Software Development / Testing Life Cycle (SDLC/STLC). Hands on experience of Scrum Master role.
