Role & seniority: Senior/Lead Digital Verification (DV) Engineer for AMD’s Southbridge project; technical leadership for the DV team; on-site role in Hsinchu/Taipei; requires independent, team-oriented execution.
Stack/tools: ASIC/SoC verification; RTL coding in Verilog/SystemVerilog; C/C++; front-end design flow; scripting (Perl); coverage, UVM/OVM/SVA; test plan creation, DV environment porting, regression cleanup; familiarity with AMBA, PCIe, USB, NAND/SSD, and other IPs as listed.
Apply current functional verification techniques to improve pre-silicon verification quality and Time to Market for the Southbridge.
Provide technical leadership to the DV team on the Southbridge project.
Independently perform DV tasks and guide the DV team; technically contribute to DV environment porting, test plans, coverage analysis, and regression cleanup.
Must-have skills: Master’s or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related; strong ASIC/SoC verification knowledge; RTL coding with Verilog/SystemVerilog; C/C++ programming; familiarity with front-end design flows; Perl, OVL, SVA, SV, UVM/OVM; good written and verbal communication in Chinese and English; ability to solve complex technical problems and make critical decisions.
Nice-to-haves: USB experience; broader exposure to PCIe, AMBA (AXI/AHB/APB), NAND/SATA/eMMC, Ethernet, and other connectivity IPs; experience with coverage analysis and regression strategies.
