Global Assembly & Test Newsletter: Serve as the editor, primary content manager and visual designer for the Global Assembly & Test Quarterly Newsletter, partnering with subject matter experts to curate, write, edit, and distribute compelling stories that highlight strategic initiatives, key achievements, and culture-building efforts across the organization. Global Assembly & Test Town Hall / ATM: Develop executive‑ready presentation materials with strong visual storytelling and a clear, strategic narrative. Shape and refine key messages, ensuring cohesive flow and alignment to organizational priorities. Partner closely with stakeholders—including PMO, leadership teams, and HRBPs—to gather inputs, and drive content alignment through structured review cycles. Lead executive reviews, ensuring precise, timely incorporation of feedback and delivery of high‑quality outputs. Oversee pre‑event communications and logistics, ensuring agendas, materials, and stakeholders are fully aligned. Provide essential video production support, including basic recording and editing. Finalize and publish post‑event deliverables—including polished slides and recordings—to internal platform. Multimedia and Ad-hoc Communications: Coordinate ad-hoc requests for video filming, editing, and production. Partner with stakeholders to develop engaging multimedia content to support strategic messaging and organizational initiatives. Event Planning and Management: Lead and support event planning and execution for key organizational meetings such as global summits, leadership offsites, and other internal events. Key responsibilities encompass coordinating venues, managing logistics, developing agendas, communicating with participants, overseeing technical setup, and conducting post-event follow-up activities. Collaborate with network sites and SPMOs on event planning and organization. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to assess communication and event needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in how information and experiences are delivered and received across operational sites and central teams. Reporting and Feedback: Produce timely and accurate reports on communication and event effectiveness, gather metrics, and provide insights to leadership. Collaboration and Best Practices: Partner with network SPMO functions to align on communication and methodologies, share best practices, and continuously improve business process communication and event workflows. Team Development: Mentor and support network team members in best practices, and stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and empowerment. Uphold brand, compliance, and confidentiality standards: Applying proper content review, approval workflows, and data‑sensitive practices. Bachelor's degree in mass communication, engineering, or related discipline Experience or understanding of Global Assembly & Test operations is highly preferred. Excellent and strong English spoken and written skills, with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear and compelling messages is highly preferred. Experience in corporate communications or event planning/management is highly preferred. Experience in multimedia production (e.g., video filming and software editing) is highly preferred. Proven project and/or program management capabilities, including managing multiple priorities and leading teams toward challenging goals and deadlines.
