Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated NAND Interface Design and Validation Intern to join our team in Milpitas, United States. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the cutting-edge field of NAND flash memory technology and interface design.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Work with System,Firmware, and Hardware teams to bring up and characterize high-speed NAND interfaces in new ASIC and NAND environments. Characterize interface training features, analyze performance and reliability results, and provide actionable feedback to Subject Matter Experts. Assist in debugging firmware and hardware issues during bring-up and validation phases. Participate in the development and execution of test plans for interface protocols Contribute to the documentation of design specifications and validation results Engage in continuous learning about emerging trends in NAND technology and interface protocols

Qualifications

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in programming languages such as C and Python Familiarity with hardware validation tools and techniques Knowledge of digital logic and circuit design principles Experience with academic projects or coursework related to digital design or computer architecture Basic understanding of the semiconductor industry and memory technologies Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous internship experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
