Project Role: Quality Engineer (Tester)

Project Role Description: Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve engaging with various teams to ensure that testing processes are efficient and effective, while also focusing on continuous improvement and quality assurance throughout the development cycle. You will be responsible for creating and executing automated tests, monitoring application performance, and collaborating with team members to identify and resolve issues promptly. You will perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, create automation strategy, automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration. Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Automation Strategy: Define and implement test automation strategies using TOSCA, ensuring scalability and efficiency. 2. Framework Development: Design and maintain TOSCA-based test automation frameworks and reusable assets. 3. Tool Implementation: Configure and integrate TOSCA with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps. 4. Team Enablement: Train and mentor QA teams on TOSCA features and best practices. 5. Test Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design data-driven test cases. 6. CI/CD Integration: Enable and manage TOSCA automation in continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. 7. Governance: Establish standards and guidelines for TOSCA test automation and ensure compliance. 8. Optimization: Troubleshoot issues and optimize test cases for performance and maintainability. 9. Reporting: Create dashboards and provide actionable insights from test metrics and results. 10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on TOSCA advancements and integrate innovative features to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in creating and executing automated test scripts. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - A 15 years full time education is required. Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education The candidate should be willing to work in Shift B. i.e. 12-9:30 PM IST., 15 years full time education
