Position: QA Lead
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the Quality Assurance function for the company’s platform and integrations. Define, implement, and own the overall QA strategy, processes, and tools. Mentor and guide a QA team (2 QA Analysts). Drive development and implementation of AI-enhanced test automation frameworks. Ensure comprehensive quality coverage for the core platform (backend, frontend, APIs), third-party integrations, and client solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Project Management to define acceptance criteria and embed QA early in the development process (“shift-left” testing). Set up quality metrics and dashboards; monitor and improve test coverage over time. Advocate and implement best practices for automation and AI-powered QA tools.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of QA experience in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software. 2+ years in a leadership or management role. Advanced knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman). Strong experience in API, integration, and security/regulatory testing (OAuth2, OIDC, FDX). Familiarity with AI-driven QA tools (e.g., test case generation, predictive defect analysis). Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
