We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to support high-performance, low-latency trading and market data platforms within a capital markets environment. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on building scalable automation frameworks for complex, distributed systems. C++ experience is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks
Build automated functional, integration, regression, and performance test suites
Validate real-time data processing and distributed system behavior under load
Partner closely with C++ engineering teams to improve system testability
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Support containerized test environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Contribute to non-functional testing including latency, performance, and stability analysis
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in software development and/or SDET roles
Strong Python development experience (automation frameworks, scripting, tooling)
Experience testing distributed, high-throughput, or real-time systems
Capital markets experience (trading systems, exchange connectivity, or market data platforms)
