Responsibilities

Coordinate with development teams to identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA and TestRail. Ensure timely execution of test cycles and readiness for release milestones. Monitor build stability, participate in sprint and release planning, and provide regular quality status reports. Implement and manage automated testing processes where applicable. Ensure compliance with platform certification standards (console guidelines, app store requirements). Analyze QA metrics to assess quality risks and drive continuous improvement.
Skills And Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the gaming industry. Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficient with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Experience testing games on PC, console, and mobile platforms.
