Develop/maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios from business/technical requirements
Define/execute manual and automated testing strategies; identify/report/track defects; collaborate with dev/product teams to resolve defects
Perform regression, integration, system, UAT, and performance testing; prepare test reports and QA documentation; contribute to QA process improvements
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field
Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, TestRail, OTRS, ServiceNow)
Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies
Hands-on automation experience (Selenium, WebDriverIO, Postman)
Programming/scripting knowledge (Python, Java, JavaScript) preferred

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Testing Specialist ( Relocation – Luxembourg ).
Your Duties Will Include
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements. Define and execute testing strategies (manual and automated) for new and existing solutions. Perform manual and automated testing; identify, report, and track defects using tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Bugzilla). Collaborate with development and product teams to analyze and resolve defects. Conduct regression, integration, system, UAT, and performance testing. Prepare test reports and QA documentation. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Requirements That Must Be Met
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, TestRail, OTRS, ServiceNow). Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, WebdriverIO, Postman). Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) is an asset. Experience with API testing, SQL, performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Very good English and Polish Willingness and availability to relocate to Luxembourg.
