About the Role
We are recruitment experienced Software Test Engineers to support our Electronic Warfare line of business, that can work with minimal supervision to deliver current and future programs. This role provides an opportunity to work on the latest defence technology within a mature development environment.
What You’ll Do
· Create test cases, test procedures and automated test scripts for embedded systems. · Perform integration, system, and regression testing on mission-critical software. · Collaborate with developers and systems engineers to identify defects and drive resolution. · Analyse test results, produce detailed reports, and provide recommendations for improvements. · Ensure compliance with company standards and internal processes.
What We’re Looking For
· ISTQB Foundation level knowledge · Strong background in testing complex real-time embedded systems. · Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C++, or similar). · Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
